Led segment product strategy for the US SMB market. Developed quick-service-restaurant expansion strategy and plan, culminating in the highly successful launch of Toast for Cafe/Bakery. Additionally, led two product teams that launched increased efficiencies and ARR through front-of-house ordering and back-of-house kitchen operations workflows.

Increased LTV, boosted customer satisfaction, and launched a new business.

Significantly increased lifetime value and ease of use for OpenTable restaurants through world-class partner integrations for point-of-sale systems, marketing, payments, and more, enhancing efficiency and value for restaurant operators.

Guided a rapid pandemic pivot, swiftly leading and launching a new takeout product* within weeks to offer restaurants a means to stay connected with diners through the beloved OpenTable brand.

Developed strategy and design for a new product segment.

Developed product design, and launched alpha MVP of Slack Connect, previously called Shared Channels. Defined 3-year vision & roadmap, and business expansion model. Slack Connect enables faster and easier work between organizations. This product reinforced a moat of innovation & delight and generated network effects and commensurate revenue for teams that collaborate on Slack.
